‘Stimulus’ Bypasses State Regulations

So the governor of a state, much like the president, has control of the state’s budget. The congress submits and he approves or disapproves.

Well, until now, that is. Buried in the ‘stimulus’ is a provision that says a governor cannot stop the state from taking the stimulus money if the congress says they want it.

In other words, the governor cannot veto it.

Now why would they say this? Because one governor has the balls to stand up and say his state will refuse any money from the government.

Nice to know that states are still sovereign. Remember when we used to be a REPUBLIC? States did not have to follow the government if they did not want?

Cue broken record voice.

Thanks to all of those who voted for HopenChange. You are about to get it big time.

The revolution is at hand. Will you be a leader or a follower?

  1. Full blown communism. That's all it is when a federal government takes totalitarian power from the States and the people.

Ya say ya wanna revolution... well... ya know.

To hell with communism. This is not the Constitution - not the USA and these rotten despicable TYRANTS are traitors who true patriots will NEVER OBEY!!

  2. I find it completely amazing, not shocking mind you, but amazing that public servants with integrity are being picked apart.

    It is throughly disgusting.
